EMAS 2019 Abstracts
We invite you to share your research, experiences and exciting cases. Submit your abstracts to us through M-JEM website. The dateline for the submission is on the 31th August 2019. Submission acceptance results will be announced by 1st September 2019. Late submissions, email or paper submissions will not be accepted for entry. Abstract submissions are limited to a maximum of three abstracts per presenting author. The Presenter must register for the Main Conference.
All accepted abstract that has been approved by the Scientific Committee will be published in the M-JEM journal as a Supplementary issue.
Important Note
Abstract Requirements:
The title should be brief
Do not include titles for authors (e.g Professor, Dr etc)
Language – English
Word count – must not exceed 300 words
Key words – maximum of 5 abstract key words
Font type – Times New Roman
Font size – 12
Table, figure and diagram are not acceptable

3 EASY STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
Step (1)
You must use the abstract template provided below. Please seperate the authors name and the abstract text to ensure a blinded review. Download the abstract template Here:

You must register first on the M-JEM platform. If you have not already done so please register Here. Upon successful registration, you will obtain your username & password. If you have already registered before please proceed to Step 3.
Step (3)
a. Log in to the M-JEM Website by using your username & password. Proceed to the submission page here.
b. During the submission process please indicate that you are submitting for the EMAS meeting 2019 abstracts in the Section drop-down menu.
c. Follow the instructions carefully. First upload your EMAS 2019 abstract without authors name file.
d. Then upload the EMAS 2019 authors name file.
e. Please ensure that ALL authors are listed in the List of contributors. Please indicate the presenting author by choosing the author as the primary contact for the submission. All future communications will be through the website.
