This supplementary issue for MJEM presents the poster abstracts from the Malaysian Trauma Registry Collaborators Conference (MTCRCC) 2025, which was held successfully from 2nd to 4th September 2025 at National Institutes of Health, Setia Alam, Malaysia. The abstracts encompass various aspects of trauma management, critical care, strategic systems-level improvements in trauma care delivery.

The selected abstracts represent original research, case series, and quality improvement initiatives that contribute to the evolving field of trauma care in Malaysia. Each abstract was peer-reviewed by the MTCRCC 2025 Scientific Committee prior to acceptance for presentation, ensuring relevance and impact.
